Outreach and Follow-up
We have been saved to help save others. Every Christian has a fundamental duty to reach out to others with the undying love of God and bring them to the knowledge of His grace. The baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers us to be witnesses for Jesus locally, regionally, nationally and globally.
We intend in the very near future to mobilise people whose specific aim will be to assess the needs of our local communities and help to meet those needs in other to win people for Christ. We also intend to participate/carry out periodic community projects in other to gain the attention of our community with a view to leading it to Christ.
Presently, we evangelise in Manchester City Centre every Friday afternoon. We intend to expand this outreach programme as our resources increase. Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. – Matthew 28:19
Intercession
At HP, we hold the view that corporate prayers carry special anointing and potency. We also affirm that the body of Christ cannot achieve much without prayer whether in our quest for holy living or in achieving the great commission of bringing the entire world to the knowledge of the grace of God. What we are not able to achieve by practical evangelism or effort, we will no doubt accomplish through concerted prayer. The efficacy of prayer we believe, cannot be overstated.
The focus of this ministry is foremost, to raise up men and women with staggering stamina for prayer who will in turn:

To tarry in the place of prayer for HP, all ministries of our Church and all our members.

To cover the entire body of Christ in prayer. Pray for increase in the body by lifting up the programmes and events of sister churches for success.

To uphold our community and our city praying for the continued peace therein.

To uphold the leadership and government of this nation and nations around the world.
